Just when you thought we'd all packed up for our Summer holidays we haven't got our bikinis on just yet. Caketree Theatre Company, whose members are all of our MA Physical Theatre students, are performing this June at BAC. For more info about these performances see our What's On page.

Can't Pay, Won't Pay...
The Theatre Arts Company's run of Can't Pay, Won't Pay has come to an end but why not check out the photos on our Facebook page. The cast are already preparing for their Graduate Company performances Autumn 2012. More information to be released soon.

Physical Theatre Graduates Sold Out Success...

After a sell out show in our own Drama St Mary's Studio Three, the Physical Theatre company managed to sell out their BAC performance with their excellent show. Keep looking for further information on more of Drama St Mary's physical theatre work.

Physical Theatre Graduates perform at BAC...
The Graduate Physical Theatre company take their next performance, Stories & Vision, to Battersea Arts Centre on Saturday 12th May 4.30pm
But before they head off to BAC the show will be performed in Drama St Mary's Studio Three Thursday 10th May 7.30pm.

Cabbages & Kings goes to Guildford...

Our fantastic community production of Cabbages and Kings at Ham House & Gardens is a free event. But you still need to book a ticket for entry.

Cabbages & Kings has changed its matinee performance time from 1.30pm to 1pm

Prison Theatre Conference...
The A.R.T. Project (Access to Rehabilitative Theatre) has been set up by
third year Applied Theatre students at St Mary’s University College
alongside Keith Palmer at The Comedy School.
On Monday 16th April, the A.R.T. Project are hosting a Prison Arts
Conference at St Mary’s where students are invited to take part in and
explore a different form of theatre.
There are limited spaces so please act fast to avoid disappointment.

RedCape success...
Last week we saw RedCape come to Drama St Mary's Theatre with their production of 1, Beach Road. The production was very close to home as our very own Costume Technician Tina Bicât worked on the show with RedCape Theatre.
The performance was very moving and inspiring, we especially loved the Q&A by the company members at the end.
There are always upcoming professional performances at Drama St Mary's, so look out for more or join our mailing list to be kept up to date.

Twickenham goes to Soho...
The Graduate Theatre Arts actors are preparing for their professional acting showcase at London's Soho Theatre for Tuesday 1st May 2012. Attendance is invite only, therefore if you would like to attend please email boxoffice@smuc.ac.uk with the subject: Showcase
